He noted that such debts cannot be recovered even in court.
"When you try to collect these debts, the defendant will declare the application of the limitation of actions, and the court will automatically write them off," said the deputy.
Earlier, the Grozny district court ordered Gazprom to write off the debts of the Chechen population for gas in the amount of more than 9 billion rubles. The prosecutor's office noted that the debt was "hopeless to recover."
