Bykov clarified that the period of arrest in this case cannot exceed 10 days, after which the materials are transferred to the prosecutor’s office for verification and accusation, otherwise the arrested person is released.
Upon receipt of the investigative materials, the prosecutor has the right to appoint a new term of detention up to 10 days with the possibility of extension for the same period during which the procedural decision must be made.
Earlier, the media reported that in South Korea in the port of Pusan, a Russian cargo ship Seagrand crashed into a bridge.
Later it became known that Russian investigators began checking for the collision.
