According to Petrovsky, the incident may be related to his political activities.
Earlier, Ukrainian businessman Igor Kolomoisky said that he believes the leader of the Batkivshchyna party, Yulia Tymoshenko, is the favorite of the presidential race in Ukraine.
In early November, Tymoshenko said that the authorities “are carrying out political repression” against her supporters.
