It is noted that, in particular, this procedure affected the main government building in Skopje, where on Tuesday, February 12, a ceremony was scheduled with the participation of the Prime Minister of Macedonia, Zoran Zayev, during which the NATO flag would be raised.

However, representatives of the opposition criticized the hasty decision of the authorities of the country, noting that government buildings were thus left without official designation.

Earlier, the Greek Parliament ratified the protocol on the entry of Macedonia into NATO after the renaming of the Republic of Macedonia to the Republic of Northern Macedonia.
