Sulaiman Bashir, 42, a simple service worker in one of the country's largest football clubs, was transferred to a translator at the same club and a university professor at a number of universities in Khartoum.

A simple rural life lived by Bashir in his hometown of Gedaref in eastern Sudan, which prevented him from completing his university studies. He stopped studying for ten years in a row, although he achieved an advanced degree in the secondary school exams, which enabled him to enter the university easily.

The man entered the labor market at an early age to share his father in the face of the demands of life. He worked as a cold salesman for the football fans in his area and surrounding areas before moving to Khartoum and working in the kitchen of Al-Mars football club.

Only three months spent Bashir in the kitchen Mars to move on the instruction of the Mars coach of Russia and then Kriso to work on the stadium, to be the starting point, where his English language helped him to communicate with the foreign coach and to meet his needs to discover his abilities.

Many contributed to changing the life of Sulaiman Bashir and a white point in his career. They helped him financially and morally to complete his university studies, along with his work at the club, where he was listed until he came to the position of the equipment officer, as well as a link between coaches and foreign players joining the team.

"The harsh life in my head and the search for a better position made me move to Khartoum in 1997, and by accident I moved to work in the Mars team that I adore. I worked as a temporary replacement for a colleague and then worked without a formal contract," he told Al Jazeera.net.

Bachir says that the Mars team coach for previous years and the current FIFA coach Otto Foster advised him to complete his university education to develop for his hard work and knowledge of English.

"I have already worked with his advice and joined the University of Neilain College of Arts Department of English, graduated with a very good grade, and gave me the opportunity to excel with the same degree, and now I prepare to discuss the doctorate."

"I was accompanying Mars on all his foreign travels, thinking in the classroom and finishing my career until I followed my lessons online with close follow-up with my colleagues," he said.

"If I were not with them, I would not be what I am today," Bashir said.

Bashir's ambitions, his stamina and superiority over himself made him an example to be followed and a fighter for self-defense and challenging life's difficulties.
