In November, the Tverskoy Court of Moscow approved the decision to impose a fine of 22.25 million rubles on The New Times magazine for late submission of data to Roskomnadzor.
As noted, a similar decree was issued against the chief editor of the publication Yevgenia Albats, who was fined 30,000 rubles.
