Ravaged by a seemingly accidental fire on Monday, Notre-Dame de Paris was disfigured but did not completely collapse. The fire of the cathedral, experienced as an international tragedy, was mastered Tuesday at dawn after twelve hours of struggle by the firefighters, who managed to save the structure of the building. "We will be in solidarity in this drama that affects us all," added Boy de la Tour. "It touched us a lot."
