The decision also includes the referral of all cases and appeals currently before the labor courts of the Abu Dhabi Courts to the new court, with the exception of the reserved cases and appeals.

The decisions of the Abu Dhabi Labor Court include all cases brought against or against workers, including disputes related to auxiliary workers, as well as the execution of judgments and judicial orders issued by various Chambers of the Court. Al-Abri explained that the Abu Dhabi Labor Court includes the Trial Chambers in both its partial and total branches, the Appeals and Enforcement Chambers, the Labor Day Service, the Disputes Chamber for Assistants, and the dismissal of one or more judges of the Labor Court to hear urgent matters in the context of labor disputes, The right to issue orders for petitions, time orders and performance orders relating to the jurisdiction of the Court, whatever their value.

On the other hand, Abri confirmed a subsequent decision appointing Abdullah Fares Al Nuaimi as Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Workers' Court, stressing that the new court was based at the headquarters of the former Abu Dhabi Labor Chambers in the city of Mohammed bin Zayed in Abu Dhabi.

The terms of reference of the Abu Dhabi Labor Court include all cases brought by or against workers.
