He pointed out that the law is punishable by imprisonment for a period of not less than one year and a fine of not less than 250 thousand dirhams, and not exceeding 500 thousand dirhams, or one of these penalties, anyone who used an electronic information system or one of the means of information technology to make any amendment or treatment on Recording, photograph or scene, with the intent to defame or abuse another person, or to attack or violate his privacy.
