Arrested for the suitcase crime in Vigo, a man convicted of killing his grandmother and his girlfriend and who had been free for a year. The man was convicted of the murder and rape of his grandmother in 1988 and, after serving his sentence in a psychiatric center, he was released and killed again.
In 2004 he murdered her neighbor and friend, Alicia Rey, and killed her with a knife, a crime for which he was sentenced to 17 and a half years in prison. The arrest occurred on Thursday, February 28, at the Pontevedra bus station.
