Dubai Ambulance Foundation said it has prepared 20 quality initiatives to develop ambulance services in the emirate. This came during a brainstorming session for the employees of the Foundation, which was held recently, with the aim of developing performance, improving services and achieving positive and happiness.

Dr. Saif Darwish, Head of Communication and Public Relations at the Foundation, said that the brainstorming session carried out by the Foundation in the winter camp resulted in 20 initiatives that represent and support the strategic direction of the institution. The most important of these is the promotion of emergency awareness through the "Emergency Councils" initiative, which seeks to deliver The emergency message for councilors in the UAE community, especially senior citizens.

He also pointed out that the Foundation has also developed initiatives to achieve its strategic direction for the development of human resources, including the #Massafkamarati initiative, which promotes the profession of the paramedic as an attractive profession for Emirati youth and girls, as well as the initiative of my TV experience program, which deals with field medical experiments in an attractive and modern manner.

He added that the cartoon characters' initiative is represented by Rikadh and Dubai, representing the UAE's paramedic and facilitator, which means marketing the profession and inviting citizens to join them.

Dr. Darwish pointed out that one of the most important achievements of the brain storm is the need to work towards creating effective relations with partners through three initiatives, including a famous initiative to serve the country.

He added that the Foundation has prepared five initiatives to consolidate social responsibility, a paperless initiative. All paper transactions will be transferred to electronic and smart services in line with the Dubai Paper Transactions strategy, in addition to the initiatives of Tolerance Year and the Senior Citizen Program. And Talatna, two recreational initiatives to create a family spirit of performance, bring together views and work in an innovative environment.

Among the initiatives that have been adopted are the Media Briefing Forum, the first forum of its kind in the world, with local and Arab speakers, as well as some international personalities, and will focus on several topics: "Ambulance Services in the UAE, Social media, the challenges of emergency media, the image of the ambulance in the UAE media, the media in the channels of communication, the marketing of emergency initiatives, and the media and aid in disasters and crises ».

The participants discussed the latest developments in the media arena and the objectives that the institution seeks to achieve in the media, in the light of the informed data of the actual reality and technical resources, human and administrative and the current status of marketing channels and performance indicators and competitive forces. The brainstorming focused on the launch of innovative programs focused on community awareness and the development of human resources performance to represent the institution in a dignified manner, especially for the citizen and trying to create an effective relationship with partners, especially strategists.

4 Marketing strategies

The brainstorming sessions of the Dubai Aid Foundation witnessed a review of strategic marketing trends using the Porter methodology, which dealt with competition between government institutions in Dubai and benchmarking with other government departments, emergency service providers in other emirates, suppliers and customers and the possibility of a new provider.
