“Tomorrow it is planned to transfer persons convicted before the outbreak of the conflict, who expressed a desire to continue serving the sentence on the territory of Ukraine,” RIA Novosti quoted the words of the DPR Ombudsman Darya Morozova.
Earlier, the authorized representative of the Verkhovna Rada for human rights Lyudmila Denisova said that the Ukrainian side on December 12 took 42 convicts from the self-proclaimed LNR.
It is noted that they expressed a desire to continue to serve the term on the territory controlled by Kiev.
