The starting point ? Invectives between a volunteer and the sister of the defendant, who have conflicting relationships, including social networks. Defended by Mr. Baron, the questioning, a septuagenarian, said to have replicated by reflex following a splash. The prosecutor had asked for 600 € fine, considering clearly established the jet of a pitcher in the face, with serious consequences that could have been even more dramatic.

Sentenced to 300 € fine, and to pay 1,500 € of compensation, the defendant appealed, which should probably take a year before another trial.
