The Pop-Up Store ephemeral store opens again in December 2018 in Paris. The interest is to discover the products of the Channel to the inhabitants of the capital.

For the second year, the agency of attraction Latitude Manche opens the Pop-Up marine store, at 15, rue des Halles, in the 1st district of Paris. Local products from the department will be on offer from Thursday 6th to Sunday 16th December 2018.

This edition launches a novelty: a brunch of the Channel. Near the ephemeral shop, the Maison Rouge restaurant offers two lunches. Parisians and Franciliens will be able to discover the manchois terroir by ordering a brunch formula or an all-you-can-eat buffet at the price of 39 € per person. This meeting takes place on Saturday 8 and Sunday, December 9, 2018, at 11 am and 13:30, with a capacity of 350 seats on reservation.

The interest of this operation, beyond the showcase of the Manchese producers, is to make radiate the territory in the capital of the country. "The chef Maxime Bertholle will cook products market gardeners, dairy products, seafood such as earth, cider, Calvados ..., the agency communicates. More than a showcase, the Pop-Up Store is a promotional tool and allows to make the Manchurian territory known to the Parisian and Parisian public but also to tourists. "
