According to the commission, the candidates registered representative from the nationalist party "Freedom" Ruslan Koshulinsky and self-promoted, former adviser to the Minister of Defense Alexander Danilyuk.

To date, 22 people are officially applying for the presidency of Ukraine.

Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin called on the CEC not to register Russian observers at the upcoming presidential elections, scheduled for March 31.

Subsequently, the secretary of the Russian CEC, Maya Grishina, said that representatives of Russia would observe the election of the Ukrainian leader in the OSCE mission.
