Abu Dhabi Municipality revealed that the transactions of buying and selling real estate to the electronic system before the end of this year, stressing that the new digital system will enable dealers to complete transactions remotely without having to go to the headquarters of the municipality.

The municipality invited citizens and residents who have transactions in the real estate sector to register in the Smart Hub for digital services, which includes all the services of the Municipality of Abu Dhabi, including the mortgage service and the future real estate sale and purchase, noting that it provided the Future Hall at its headquarters in Abu Dhabi to register customers in the smart platform.

She stressed the need for all customers to review the municipality to register only once, so that they can use the application electronically.

The head of the municipality's real estate registration team, Hussain al-Junaibi, said that the shift in the digital buying and selling service before the end of the year comes as a link from a continuous series of the complete digital transformation project to municipal services at the Urban Planning and Municipalities Department, which aims to gradually reach 100% Of digital services by the end of 2018.

Al-Junaibi said that the continued launch of digital services in line with the requirements and aspirations of customers, to the highest level of public satisfaction by the community and strategic partners, and these services are within the framework of the initiatives of the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities aimed at full digital transformation of services, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Executive Council, to promote all services according to the approach of His Highness and his vision, which will not stand its results when the delight of the dealers, but the benefits will be multiple, In several areas, including upgrading the efficiency of the municipality, preserving the environment and accelerating the pace of growth and development in Abu Dhabi.

The use of digital services was aimed at reducing the number of visitors to municipalities.

Building permit in Chinese

The Municipality of Abu Dhabi, represented by the Building Permits Department, has issued the first Chinese building permit for the Industrial Cooperation and Construction Management Company of the United Arab Emirates (Jiangsu) Company in Khalifa Industrial City.
