Bogdanov and the Egyptian ambassador discussed the problems of the Middle East

This is stated in a message posted on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

It is noted that Bogdanov received the Egyptian Ambassador on October 8 at his request.

“During the conversation, topical issues of further progressive development of Russian-Egyptian cooperation were discussed, including maintaining an active political dialogue on issues of mutual interest in the Middle East and Africa,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

Earlier it was reported that Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi will visit Russia in mid-October.
