Near Lisieux, the slaughterhouse of Beuvillers which was approved in Calvados for the ritual slaughter, will close to regroup its activities in Seine-Maritime. Seven of the 23 employees agreed to join Cany-Barville.

Near Lisieux, the slaughterhouse Socavia, which slaughtered 5,000 tons of meat every year, 70% of cattle and 30% of sheep, and which was approved in Calvados for ritual slaughter, will close on January 2nd. Established for fourteen years in Beuvillers, the factory, owned by the Webert-Ricœur group, groups its activities on its site in Seine-Maritime. Seven of the 23 employees agreed to join Cany-Barville.
