Administrative arrest was assigned to an incident participant on the highway near Vladimir.

Earlier it was reported that the Investigation Committee began checking after reports of the issuance by the traffic police of human shields from civilian vehicles to catch the offender near Vladimir.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia reported that they would send a commission to the Vladimir region to investigate the incident.

As RT was informed in the court area No. 5 of the Leninsky district of Vladimir, two reports were drawn up for the detained driver under Part 2 of Art. 12.27 Administrative Code of Russia.
