ABU DHABI - The Abu Dhabi Court of Appeals (Abu Dhabi Court of Appeals) ruled on Tuesday that an Asian driver working for a Gulf family has been charged with causing the deaths of three men and a woman.

The prosecution referred the accused to the judiciary after receiving a report of a collision between a private car driven by the defendant along with the three victims, and another truck on one of the main roads in Abu Dhabi, resulting in loss of life and property.

Police officers immediately arrived at the scene and began investigating the incident. The driver (the driver) was found to be driving at a high speed and abruptly deviated to the other route, Then collided with a truck that was going on that path, which led to the deviation of the vehicle and collision with another car, which resulted in the death of 3 people from one family.

During the hearing, the defendant denied all charges against him and said he was working as a private driver for the family, which lost 3 members. The crash resulted from his collision with a large truck behind him, demanding that the court acquit him of the charge.

The court found that the company that took over the maintenance of the road had not been present or announced. The court judge decided, after deliberation, to postpone the case to the January 8 meeting to attend the legal representative of the company.
