She explained that the UAE has been able to find a model that can be put in other countries in the field of gender equality, pointing to the most important tools for achieving gender balance, most notably the support of the government and its impact on society, which breaks the stereotype of women and make them more inspiring and influential.

For his part, the Secretary-General of the Economic Cooperation and Development, Angel Gurria, that the region has many readings that show that a large proportion of students in universities women, pointing out that this prompts countries to think of a mechanism to create jobs to integrate them in various sectors, The Gender Balance Index in the UAE is an important tool for the countries of the region in the field of legislation, making the necessary shift in the field of equal opportunities, balancing and changing cultural impressions on this subject.

He pointed out that the market needs women specialized in the scientific fields, as it is a great need for the female component, especially that the most girls are studying literary disciplines, pointing out that the family is one of the main elements to create a balance between the sexes, Pointing to the importance of setting a specific goal for women to achieve it and move forward to reach their ambitions through a good preparation for it.
