Mimouni stressed that since its establishment, the association has been keen to establish national activities such as amateur astronomy and the dissemination of astronomical culture along the lines of the Cosmic Convoy Project, an astronomical convoy, offering astronomical displays through a celestial dome and an astronomical exhibition with scientific activism through training sessions and workshops in science Astronomy.

He explained that "this scientific and cultural project is included in the framework of exchange and cooperation between Algeria and the United States of America, in coordination with civil society, through its association and supported by the organs of the cultural interest of the US Embassy."

Moreover, the Association is keen to provide a weekly radio program on the regional radio station Constantine 20 years ago in the achievement, he said, was preceded by an association active in the field nationally or Arab.
