He added that «157 citizens and citizens were unable to pass their job interviews during the open day of employment, where coordination is currently underway with the companies concerned to find out why they did not pass the interviews in preparation for their participation in the (Tamkeen program), implemented by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, In cooperation with the Higher Colleges of Technology, in order to train and qualify citizens and citizens who have not been able to pass job interviews during the open recruitment days, and work to enable them to pass interviews in the future and thus enhance their access to the job ».

Al Suwaidi pointed to the effectiveness and importance of open recruitment days in accelerating the recruitment of job seekers from citizens and citizens, especially as it allows communication between them and companies.
