In a few months, two dairy-cheese companies opened in the north-east of the capital to produce and sell dairy products locally: the Laiterie de Paris, in the district of La Goutte-d'Or, and La Laiterie La Chapelle, in less than a kilometer away. The latter goes even further in the process of producing locally using cow's milk collected in the suburbs of Paris. Laurent Berthault pushed the door of this dairy La Chapelle.
