Traditionally, Christmas Eve is spent with family, warm around a well-stocked meal. But not for everyone: this year, some yellow vests have made the choice to spend all or part of their holiday season with their fellow fighters. On several roadblocks and roundabouts, everywhere in France, protesters will celebrate Christmas away from their loved ones on Monday to share the eve with their "second family".

Garland of toll tickets. Among them, Savoyards established near the toll of Albertville in a camp entirely decorated for Christmas Eve. With the garland for the tree, toll tickets collected for two weeks through their operation "toll free". Value of the garland: 800 euros all the same. For dinner, these "yellow vests" of Sainte-Hélène-sur-Isère rely on the generosity of the residents who support them since the beginning of their movement.

Solidarity supper. Generosity precisely is the choice made by several groups of "yellow vests" in Lannion in Brittany, in L'Union in Haute Garonne, or in Rochefort in Charente-Maritime for example: toy collections were organized for disadvantaged children. Ditto in Vienna where toys collected will be donated to Secours Populaire of the region.

Other Eve solidarity this time in Mayenne where a "yellow vest" who has been crane for more than a month on his dam decided to invite at home eight of his comrades and a dozen people alone and resources limited so they do not wake up alone.

Yellow "vests" organized. Finally in the Drôme, Pizançon, near Valence, the most mobilized will have celebrated Noel twice: in their family Monday night, but between "yellow vests" Sunday night on their camp. And they were rather well organized since a crepe tree moved by itself to make pancakes with its trailer. The city even provided them with two fir trees. One of the demonstrators even brought back her horses so that the children present have fun.
