Serious mismanagement
A confidential test report on the repair of the sailing training ship "Gorch Fock", which has now been in progress for three years, revealed chaotic conditions at the shipyard as well as at the Ministry of Defense. The cost increase for the repair of the "Gorch Fock" was only possible through serious mismanagement at the Navy, Procurement Office and in the Ministry, it said in the report.
