On February 2, 18-year-old Huang Quande passed away, touching the hearts of countless netizens, and he was affectionately known as "94 yuan grandfather" by tourists.

Huang Gaoyuan, secretary of the party branch and director of the Xingping Town Fishery Neighborhood Committee, introduced that with the development of tourism, most of the local fishermen eat "tourist rice", some of them do bamboo raft work and drive cruise ships in the Li River scenic area of Yangshuo County, some people open their own homestays, set up farmhouses, and many fishermen have become fishermen models on the Li River, specially for tourists and photographers to take photos.
"Grandpa Huang Quande is one of the images of the Li River fisherman, and the Li River 'fisherman culture' should not only be 'fire in the present', but also 'strong in the future'." Jin Feng, deputy general manager of Guilin Yangshuo County Lijiang Scenic Area Management Co., Ltd., introduced that there are still more than 20 old fishermen over 65 years old on the Li River working as fisherman models, and the company will continue to build Lijiang fisherman IP, and launch short videos and live broadcasts of Lijiang fishermen. At the same time, training for the new generation of rafters in fishing song culture and fishing technology inheritance is also on the agenda.
