A 40-year-old suspect who was arrested in Akiruno, Tokyo, for kicking and injuring the 5-year-old eldest son of a woman in a relationship, was also injured by hitting the eldest son. He was re-arrested by the police on suspicion.

The eldest son was unconscious but died this month, and the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the suspicion that he was abused on a daily basis.

Hakuga Yamamoto (40), whose occupation is unknown, was arrested again.



According to the Metropolitan Police Department, it is suspected that he injured the eldest son of a woman he is dating, Togo Konishi (5), by hitting his face last month.



In response to the investigation, he said, "I have a memory of hitting him with a flat hand."



Yamamoto was arrested last month on suspicion of kicking his eldest son's thigh and injuring him, and the eldest son hit his head on the floor with the momentum of the kick and became unconscious, but died this month. That's it.



In addition to investigating the cause of death, the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating that there is a suspicion that he was abused on a daily basis, as the suspect has stated that he had repeatedly assaulted him since January.
