Around the scene, the same dog has been biting three other people one after another, and the police are investigating the breeding situation.

According to police, shortly after 10:30 a.m. on the 20th of last month, a 42-year-old woman was suddenly attacked by an American pit bull terrier, a type of dog used for fighting dogs, on a street in Minami-ku, Yokohama. was bitten



The woman was walking her dog at the time and she injured her calf which took two weeks to heal.



In addition, around the site, the same dog suddenly bit his hands and feet in the middle of last month and in December last year, and a total of three people were injured.



The police arrested the owner, Yasuyuki Watanabe (66), on suspicion of gross negligence and injury, saying that he neglected proper breeding and injured a woman by biting him.



According to the investigation so far, the owner was taking off a leash tied to the fence during a walk, when the dog ran away and ran several hundred meters to bite.



Investigators say the owner has admitted to the allegations.



Police are investigating the breeding situation because this dog is aggressive and may injure people and animals if it is not properly trained.
