The Mohammed bin Rashid Library has been keen to provide all its facilities with the latest technologies and tools that contribute to the integration of people of determination into public life, and to enhance their energies and abilities through reading and listening to a distinguished collection of books and resources.

The experience of the "Mohammed bin Rashid Library", represented by the Information Center for People of Determination, is one of the pioneering experiences in supporting and empowering blind and visually impaired people of determination, as it provides more than 2,000 Braille books for the blind in both Arabic and English, varying in their fields between literary topics. Historical, intellectual, and various reference books, while valuable and meaningful stories are available in the Children's Library, donated by the Institute for the Blind in Los Angeles, the Zayed Humanitarian Services Authority, and Dar Ibsar in Jordan.

The library contains, among this valuable collection, some books of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in Braille - the Arabic version, such as the book “Flashes of Thought” and the book “Probe of Hope”.
