To be repaired
This is the GX 14 model. The batch concerned is 2105. The latter appears on the serial number engraved on the scooter.
The model concerned was marketed from October 2021 online, on the Gyromax and Amazon sites, and in several points of sale, the list of which can be consulted on the Rappel Conso site.
Due to the risk of falling, which can cause injury, it is recommended that you no longer use this scooter.
People with this model can bring it back to the store to have it repaired.
They can also contact Gyromax at the email address appel-produit@gyromax.fr, specifying the serial number.
The end date of the recall procedure has been set for March 1, 2023.
