Muscovites and St. Petersburg residents support legislative restrictions on riding scooters more actively than residents of the country as a whole. According to the survey, respondents named the establishment of a maximum speed limit, the age limit of 18+ and the introduction of mandatory training in driving scooters with the issuance of an appropriate license.
