The second edition of the Middle East Fashion Week was concluded in Dubai, in cooperation with the Dubai Free Zone Authority (IFZA), in the midst of a remarkable audience to see its favorite designers and great praise by the international fashion community.

The five-day event was held at the Agenda Building in Dubai Media City, coinciding with the second edition of the Middle East Sustainable Fashion Forum.

This version of the Middle East Fashion Week was marked by a new qualitative shift from the first version, and it moved from extreme simplicity to real high-end fashion. This version also showcased many outfits that were not only for women, but also targeted men and provided them with various designs that are suitable for all occasions.

Desert Rose

The first day of the event got off to a strong start when designer Mason Davey opened the shows with an array of premium brands that customers could shop online.

The stage was also lit by star designer Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Paris Hilton, Sol Angelan by Irina Soprano, with her "Desert Rose" collection, accompanied by the finest jewelry.

The first day of the event concluded with Com D stars talent showcasing their designs with distinctive architectural background images.

The second day saw the designs of the Dubai-based Atelier Aronique talent showcasing a range of haute couture outfits, while Billioness spoke to the strong modern woman with elegant outfits for glamorous evenings and business meetings alike.

Designer Ezra Santos also presented his collection "A New Beginning" after 4 years of absence from the catwalk.

On the second day of the event, Lam Ferry presented her collection that combined feathers and luxurious Swarovski crystals, and was inspired by the ballet world beloved by designer Sophie Lam Ferry. Also, star designer Michael Cinco presented his first ready-to-wear collection for women and men, all of which showed the full extent of perfection that Michael is best known for his haute couture ready-to-wear line.

Eagle life

The third day of the event witnessed unique presentations of the Garimon Roviros Couture fashion group, whose costumes were inspired by the life cycle of the eagle and embodied in a bold and new show in the fashion world. The group included a series of clothing lines that give the rebellious and bold character of the famous rock era, and combined unique designs And sustainable with a series of natural color gradations that represented the journey of the birth of the eagle in all its luster again.

Dubai-based designer Valeria Assaad also presented a mixture of evening wear and dresses, and cocktails for romantic occasions, evening parties and weddings.

Her collection included a mixture of medieval and modern costumes, and was distinguished by its delicate details such as light corsets, stones and embellishments that display Valeria's high fashion expertise.

As for the House of Victor, it revealed its first women's clothing collection, while continuing to produce the men's clothing line.

The third day of the shows concluded the Amato Fashion House, when the international designer Amato showed his many talents, as the platform witnessed a new birth for Amato's luxurious designs, in which luxury and elegance met with high-end fashion, and the group also included a mixture of unique clothes in which the black color met with the luxury of jeans. Denim and high society clothing combined with everyday wear.

It is noteworthy that the next edition of Middle East Fashion Week will be held in Dubai in April 2023.
