Arab Fashion Week kicks off in Dubai

The activities of the 21st edition of the Arab Fashion Week, which is held in a strategic partnership between the Arab Fashion Council and the Dubai Design District of TECOM Group, kicked off today in the Creative District.
This year, Arab Fashion Week will witness the launch of a new exhibition space built specifically for the event within the Dubai Design District, as well as prominent and large-scale events being organized for the first time, including wonderful entertainment activities, shopping experiences, outstanding dining and exciting dialogue sessions, thus establishing Dubai as a global hub for major international companies, talents and companies. For his part, Chief Strategy Officer at the Arab Fashion Council, Mohamed Aqrah, expressed their eagerness to see the agenda of the upcoming edition of Arab Fashion Week, which will include the prominent collaboration between Barbie and Lebanese fashion designer Jean-Louis Sabji, as well as the first-of-its-kind “Meta” event #SheCreates Pointing to the expansion of their cooperation in this event to transfer the achievements of elite women leaders who contribute to building a new future in the region and abroad to the global arena.

More than 35 designers from 22 countries around the world will participate in the fashion shows scheduled for this evening, as the catwalks will witness a selection of the most famous designers and new and emerging talents alike.
