2024 WWS World Women’s Snooker Championship kicks off in Dongguan. Players from China, the United Kingdom, Japan, Thailand, Mongolia, India, Germany and other countries around the world to compete on the same stage.
This event attracted the world's number one player Nucharut Wangharuthai of Thailand, the defending champion Sripapon Nuantakanjan of Thailand. The number of billiards clubs in DongGuan has reached 500. Billiards has also become one of the competition events in the Dongguans Citizens' Games.
