The Museum of the Future will host the activities of the Dubai Future Forum, the largest global gathering of futurists, on October 11 and 12.
The forum, which is organized under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dubai Future Foundation, attracts more than 400 prominent international personalities, government officials, experts and specialists in the field of future design and foresight from various countries. Countries of the world, in addition to more than 45 international organizations and institutions concerned with the future of humanity in its various sectors.
During the forum organized by the Dubai Future Foundation, the participants will focus in more than 30 sessions that will be held over two days, on four main themes: “The future of the world”, “Reducing future risks through a forward-looking vision”, and “The future of human values in The shadow of technological transformations” and “betting on the future by anticipating it.”
The sessions of the "Dubai Future Forum" will contribute to strengthening cooperation and joint work to explore future opportunities and challenges, and support innovative ideas and qualitative visions aimed at drawing a comprehensive picture of future changes and the most important steps through which to prepare for these transformations.
The forum's sessions and dialogues also review a variety of future topics that are related to the future of important sectors at the governmental, economic and social levels, and provide the participants with the opportunity to view different perspectives on the future from experts and specialists.
