Hong Kong International Cultural Summit Forum opens. More than 1,000 representatives of cultural and art institutions and industry professionals from all over the world gathered to discuss cutting-edge trends and practical experiences in cultural development.

The two-day forum was themed "Cross-Cultural Cross-Era" and aimed to promote the exchange and collision of cultural knowledge and forward-looking thinking. The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Lee Ka-chiu, said that under "one country, two systems", Hong Kong enjoys the unique advantage of being backed by the motherland.
