The Ancient Canal Underdrain Project is located near Tianzhuang, Xinhua District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. It is a cross building where the main canal of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion project passes through the ancient canal, and it is also an important project node in Hebei connecting the Hanshi section and the Jingshi section of the main canal of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
In the ancient canal underdrain project site, the reporter saw that the main trunk canal runs through the north and the south, and the building adjacent to the river in the site is called Tianzhuang water outlet, which is the source of the water diversion from the main trunk canal to Shijiazhuang, Xinji, Hengshui and Cangzhou in the middle line of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
There is an automatic water quality monitoring station called Tianzhuang automatic monitoring station. Its main function is to grasp the water quality information dynamics of Shijiazhuang section, ensure the water quality safety of Shijiazhuang section, study and judge the water quality change trend of Shijiazhuang section, and provide information for sudden water pollution incidents. Risk early warning, multi-level and comprehensive guarantee of water supply quality, so that people in the water-receiving areas can drink reliable and high-quality water.
