Every brick, tile and wood of the ancient Huizhou architecture has its story, and every building has its own regulations, stories, and cultures, so we must protect it well and give full play to its new It is very difficult and laborious to do this.

During this process, we also have some successful cases, which are slowly being rebuilt and protected, and now they have given full play to its new value.

[Explanation] Qi Jianjun was born in She County, Anhui Province, and grew up in Huizhou ancient buildings with pink walls and black tiles since he was a child.

Later, he went to another province to serve in the military. Whenever he was asked about his birthplace, he always got a few praises for the ancient buildings in Huizhou.

However, such a beautiful ancient building is slowly getting old in Qi Jianjun's eyes.

"Let Huizhou ancient buildings come alive." It became his whole life after he was discharged from the army.

This is Huizhou. I was born in Huizhou, and then grew up in Huizhou's culture. Then in 1984, I went out to serve in the military.

When I came back in 1999, I saw that the ancient building in Huizhou was slowly disappearing. Then my friend suggested that I spend some of my energy to collect and protect this disappeared thing so that it can be used or rebuilt in the future. I embarked on the road of protection of Huizhou ancient buildings, mainly because of my feelings for this piece of land in Huizhou.

[Explanation] In the process of collecting and restoring ancient buildings in Huizhou, Qi Jianjun slowly discovered that the youngest person who is engaged in the restoration of ancient buildings is already 60 years old. In order to "rebirth" these ancient buildings and inherit their skills, he specially established Ancient building restoration company, let old craftsmen take apprentices.

From 1999 to the present, we have been engaged in this protection for more than 20 years. During this process, after we had some grasp and understanding of the market, we found that the reserve force reserve was insufficient. a platform.

Set up a company specializing in the training and training of ancient buildings (work), so that these old craftsmen can do a good job of "helping and guiding" and let these ancient buildings play new value.

[Explanation] In 2017, after attracting investment in Huangshan District, Huangshan City, Qi Jianjun came to the bird's nest in Sankou Town to start his dream of ancient architecture in this quiet village.

A "New Huizhou Ancient Village" built in accordance with the ancient Huizhou village model, which gathers appreciation of ancient buildings, tastes snacks, watches ancient operas, learns intangible cultural heritage, and feels the influence of Huizhou culture has sprung up.

This project in Bird's Nest is a cooperative project with the village collective. Through cooperation with the village collective, we have built a small ancient village with ancient Hui-style architecture, which has driven the common development of the local people and changed the local people. His original production and way of life were made through the original sunrise, and now he comes to work in the company and obtains fixed income.

At present, we at Bird's Nest want to use this platform to show Huizhou culture in this place.
