Network anchors should consciously abide by the law and fulfill their tax obligations

  The "Code" is divided into 18 articles, covering many fields related to the behavior of network anchors.

At the level of laws and regulations, the "Specifications" pointed out that online anchors should consciously abide by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and laws and regulations; they should abide by the relevant provisions of the online real-name system for account registration; they should respect the rights of reputation and honor of citizens and legal persons, and respect the right to personal privacy. , portrait rights; should abide by relevant laws and regulations on intellectual property rights, consciously respect the intellectual property rights of others; should truthfully declare income, and fulfill tax obligations in accordance with the law.

  At the level of social order and good customs, it mainly focuses on opposing bad value orientation, establishing correct three views, and resisting vulgar culture.

Make a "prohibited list" of 31 behaviors that should not be touched

  The "Regulations" specifically listed a "prohibited list" in Article 14, which clearly pointed out 31 kinds of behaviors that online anchors are not allowed to perform, including violation of laws and regulations, endangering national unity, propagating superstition, fabricating rumors, hyping scandals, showing off wealth, sex, etc. hint etc.

Propose rewards and punishments to protect the legitimate rights and interests of network anchors

  The "Specifications" also put forward clear responsibility implementation requirements for relevant platforms and institutions: online performances, online audio-visual platforms and brokerage agencies must strictly perform their statutory duties and obligations, implement main responsibilities, and strengthen education and training, daily management and standardized guidance for online anchors .

Online performance and online audio-visual brokerage agencies shall strengthen the management and restraint of online anchors, provide brokerage services in compliance with laws and regulations, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of online anchors.
