A 14-year-old boy, who confessed on Thursday to having stabbed to death his girlfriend of the same age a few hours earlier in a village in Saône-et-Loire, was indicted on Friday and imprisoned, we learned from judicial sources.
"A judicial investigation for voluntary homicide with premeditation or ambush (assassination) was opened today and entrusted to an investigating judge of the criminal division of the judicial court of Chalon-sur-Saône", specifies the public prosecutor of Chalon-sur-Saône, Patrice Guigon, adding that the teenager has been indicted and placed under a warrant.
