On May 20, the staff of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area Administration discovered a new species, the eagle eagle, for the first time during the monitoring of biodiversity in the Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve by infrared cameras, adding a new member to the bird list of Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve.
Eagle Eagle belongs to Falconidae, and is a national second-class protected animal. Active in mixed forests, but also in dense coniferous forests.
In the same habitat, species such as Sichuan golden monkey and spoon chicken were also monitored.
