Isle of Wight: Seal scares off sea eagles with spit. Spitting is commonly observed in humans, camels, llamas and alpacas.

Llamas are known to do this, but seals have not yet been observed spitting. The bird of prey was approaching the surface of the water - probably to catch a fish - when the seal launched the spitting attack. Sea eagles were long extinct on the Isle of Wights on England's south coast and were only reintroduced there in 2019.
