The premiere of the new Russian series Amore More took place on the KION video service.

The project touches on topics such as polyamorous relationships and problems in marriage.

The series also talks about modern ideas about love.

The director was Yana Gladkikh - she also played one of the central roles.

As an actress, she is known for such films as “Farewell, my love ...”, “Doctor Lisa”, “Kuprin.

Pit" and "Particle of the Universe".

In the center of the plot are the spouses Sergey (Yuri Chursin) and Elena (Alexandra Ursulyak), who are experiencing difficulties in relationships, as well as their friend Georgy (Andrey Burkovsky), who does not know how to tell his new lover Alice (Yana Gladkikh) that he is - polyamor.

He suggests they open a couples bar together and call it Amore More.

George believes that working together will improve the relationship between Elena and Sergey and help Alice take a different look at polyamory.

According to the authors of Amore More, their series is the first film project in Russia that touches on the topic of “open” couples.

The topic of "polyamory" is increasingly raised in the media and social networks.

Polygamists openly talk about their preferences for having more than one partner, and each frankness along the chain breeds a new one.

Russian cinema decided to show the "pitfalls" of such relations.

Indeed, the concept of the series meets the most modern interests of the public, however, in the first episodes, little is said about “open” relationships - filmmakers touch on the topic of polyamory, but there is clearly not enough information for a project that is positioned as the first in Russian cinema with a similar plot.

Polyamory is otherwise known as ethical non-monogamy.

In such a relationship, there can be several partners, and the connection between them is possible both sexual and platonic.

A prerequisite is frankness and the consent of all parties.

The hero of the series George from the first series meets with one girl, and then enters into a relationship with the second.

At first, it seems that the first one is really happy with this, but as the plot develops, the viewer realizes that his opinion was erroneous.

Over time, it seems that George's partner is not at all sure of her choice.

And the new passion is unlikely to be able to step over itself and come to terms with non-monogamy.

Such relationships are becoming less and less like polyamory, since they contain both jealousy and lies on both sides.

It becomes clear that in fact there is only one polyamorous person in the series - George.

He is surrounded by those who are trying either to accept his position in life in the name of their own feelings (but it turns out with difficulty), or to change themselves for the sake of saving relationships, while experiencing a sense of shame.

In any case, the rest of the heroes cannot boast of such self-confidence as the character of Andrei Burkovsky.

“The world needs more love, and conservative principles only limit people in showing true feelings” - this is George's theory, and he sincerely believes in its success.

The authors of the series do not rush things, and then the narrative suddenly accelerates greatly, and in the fifth series the story abruptly takes on new, unexpected turns.

At the same time, controversial dramatic decisions do not interfere with enjoying the picture.

It is formed by neon-lit sex parties, bright and stylish outfits, beautiful sex scenes and charming actors - especially Yuri Chursin, who played the depressive Sergei who lost his happiness in his family life.

One wants to believe unquestioningly in his character, emotions and desperate humor.

Terms such as toxicity, abuser, rescuer syndrome are often used in episodes, filmmakers also have a tolerant approach to the issue of minorities.

Amore More is a light comedy series that may not fully, but partially reveal the psychology of relationships, there are love triangles, good humor, music and parties.
