Among them, in terms of the cultural and creative industry, Hong Kong and the Mainland co-produced film and television dramas with Qianhai enterprises as producers can give up to 3 million yuan (RMB, the same below) support.
The scope of industries covered by the Measures includes eight categories of accounting, evaluation, consulting, engineering services, cultural creativity, exhibitions, human resources, and intellectual property services.
In terms of supporting the characteristic development of cultural and creative industries, a maximum of 3 million yuan (RMB, the same below) can be given to co-produced TV dramas and co-produced films between Hong Kong and the mainland with Qianhai companies as producers.
In terms of promoting the cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong to develop the professional service industry, the measures propose that newly established or newly relocated Hong Kong-funded professional service institutions in Qianhai can be given a one-time settlement support of 120,000 yuan; Tax accountant firms, accounting firms, and professional institutions in the field of engineering and construction that serve as partners can provide a one-time settlement support of 120,000 yuan if they meet the conditions; Hong Kong, Macao and international professional service industry business associations set up new representative offices in Qianhai, A one-time settlement support of 300,000 yuan can be given.
In addition, for holding major conferences and activities that are conducive to promoting Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation or international development of the professional service industry, qualified ones can be given up to 2 million yuan in support of 30% of the actual conference and activity costs.
