The young man, placed in police custody in an investigation for contempt and rebellion, claims to have suffered numerous violence within the police station.

Aged 19, he obtained four days of ITT (total incapacity for work) during a medical examination carried out during police custody.

An ongoing investigation

The facts date back to the night of May 9 to 10 in Athis-Mons, a neighboring town of Juvisy.

Alcoholic, three young people are checked by civil servants, according to several police sources who specify that an investigation is in progress "to know the reality of the facts".

The police custody has been lifted without prosecution for the moment, specifies a police source to AFP and the complaint was filed Friday with the IGPN, the police force.

Contacted by AFP, the Evry prosecutor's office did not respond immediately.
