The 30-year-old star of the Netflix series

'Never Have I Ever',

is the first male image of the famous lingerie brand, specifically for its

genderless line 'Pink',

focused on teenagers.

Teenagers also wear Victoria's Secret.

Or at least that is the objective of the brand, which with this new Pink line wants to capture the young market not only of women, but also of men.

And for this he hired the actor Darren Barnet as the new face of the genderless collection, presented in February of last year.

In the new video campaign, launched on social media, the star wears

tie-dye t-shirts

with the brand's logo,

shorts

and

pastel

sweatshirts .

"I love the work Pink is doing," Barnett said in a statement, "and I especially like that they focus on mental health and

inclusion.

I'm truly honored to be a part of this team."

The collection has an

oversize cut and sizes range from XS to XXL.

"I wasn't really ready for this at first," Barnet admitted in an interview with Us Weekly, "but then they showed me the line and I was like, 'Wow, this is the kind of thing I'd wear.

Over the last two years, Victoria's Secret has focused on a radical makeover of its image, and the genderless collection is one more example of this.

"We're thrilled to announce this partnership, because Darren is a

truly positive role model for teens and young adults,"

Pink CEO Amy Hauk told the New York Post, "and while we're focused on increasing our gender freedom and As we continue to evolve as a brand, we also want to ensure that our partners not only represent the diversity of our customers, but also embody individuality and self-confidence."
