The Juvenile Public Prosecutor and the Public Prosecutor of the Great Criminal Court in Jordan have charged the perpetrators of the murder of their neighbor with intent to murder, an hour before breakfast, in the "Hay Nazzal" area of the capital, Amman, according to what a source close to the investigation revealed.
The source said that the Juvenile Public Prosecutor decided to arrest the main perpetrator of the crime, who is 17 years old, pending the case for 15 days, renewable at the Juvenile Care Center, while the Public Prosecutor for major crimes decided to detain the second participant in the crime for 15 days, subject to renewal, at the Correction and Rehabilitation Center.
In the details, the source said that the crime took place an hour before breakfast when the victim returned home and was carrying bags of vegetables in his hand and was about to enter his house. In the abdomen, and the second detainee shared the crime, two neighbors of the betrayed.
The source added that the perpetrators of the crime were arrested, while the victim was taken to the hospital, but he died.
The source confirmed that the investigation authorities continue their work by completing the investigation procedures, including hearing witnesses and collecting data and reports.
