Visiting a high school in Hauts-de-Seine on Tuesday, Jean-Michel Blanquer announced the launch of the 3018 app. It will allow victims of cyberbullying to quickly report risky situations.

"The question of harassment must be faced in the face", declared the Minister of National Education.

“We want it to be reported, that there is no silence around it, you have to talk about it, that it stops.

According to a Senate report released last September, nearly 6 to 10% of students experience some form of harassment at some point in their schooling.

The @gouvernementFR is fully mobilized against #cyberharassment.

With this new application, users will notably be able to send screenshots to document the harassment.

Victims or even witnesses of harassment will also be able to discuss through a "chat" with professionals from the emergency help number for cyberharassment (3018) to report events.

The arrival of this new application was announced last November by Emmanuel Macron.

It was designed and set up by the mobile operator Orange in partnership with the e-Enfance association.
