The biggest fears that exist in society lie in the possible inconsistency of the actions of the authorities.

In the absence of a strategy and work only in fact in the rank of a fire brigade.

That saying "a" would not follow the logical and expected direction in the direction of protecting our interests.

Fear of disunity and actions on the principle of "one step forward - two steps back."

It must be said that the fears are not unfounded: recent domestic history has shown an example of self-centered leaders without any clear action plans, replaced by loud slogans, which is why the country collapsed.

Or leaders who roam and plunge into chaos.

It was a serious inoculation not to take everything for granted, not to be deceived and not to indulge in euphoria - an inoculation that taught me to turn on the mind every time, especially in a situation of extremely high stakes.

That is why the interview of Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev to the Russian media became an important signal of a clear understanding of the situation by the country's leadership and a general consensus that there is nowhere else to retreat, that our red lines are not a rhetorical figure at all.

And Russia will continue to bend its line in matters of ensuring its own security.

Defend it, ignoring the general hysterical background, not succumbing to emotions.

It showed that in fact there are no illusions.

But it is important that new ones do not arise, especially on the wave of hatred and the temptation of rash and spontaneous decisions.

Medvedev is not a hawk, but at the same time he was also a reminder of the pacification of the cannibalistic Saakashvili in August 2008.

It is with that situation that the current events largely rhyme, at least as they were originally programmed by the scriptwriters and directors of the global geopolitical game.

Therefore, it is not a sin to recall that chewed tie, so that others do not have the temptation of a similar wild adventure.

From what Dmitry Medvedev said, one can put together a puzzle to understand Russia's future strategy to stop threats.

So, he dispelled the illusion of Russian bases near the American borders.

Yes, this cherishes a patriotic feeling, but from a rational point of view, this is unlikely to become a weighty response and will rather play in the red, into the very piggy bank of Russian “recklessness” that the States are collecting.

It will be just a gesture without any positive consequences for us.

Plus, Russia cannot make these countries essentially hostages of its “dialogue” with the West, substitute them - we are not the United States, after all, to act in such a manner ...

Or do we really want to target missiles from the countries of Latin America and create territories of chaos in territories that are hypersensitive for America?

For what?

To become an irritant?

But this is not what Russia is seeking, not a psychological attack, but our sensitive and effective response, which would encourage understanding of the Russian position on issues of mutual security.

We are not going to play wrestling understandable for the United States.

In the end, there is a more weighty argument in the form of domestic "Poseidons", but this is not the point.

To cool the seething hotheads, Medvedev called a spade a spade: a war between Russia and NATO would be a disaster. There is no need to play with assumptions in this matter, this is always fraught, all the more so we should not follow our geopolitical opponents in this excitement, setting traps for us and driving us into stalemate situations. It must be understood that in all spells there is a limit beyond which the irreparable begins.

In this context, it is clear that Russia's demands for security guarantees are an attempt to reverse the wild agenda imposed by the United States of imminent war with Ukraine.

This is an attempt to develop a discussion about global security in the current conditions and reach agreements, find common ground.

This is a conversation about the architecture of the new world, in which there are many full and sovereign players, in which the relationship of vassal-suzerain is becoming more and more archaic.

Or even more absurd archaism — such a phantom and atavism of the Cold War as NATO, which exists due to the energies of hatred and phobias, due to the endless repetition of the word “war”, which shapes reality for itself and begins to format it in its own image and likeness.

Moreover, NATO is also a special shackle for Europe. The bonds of this organization, according to Medvedev, are a guarantee that the countries of the Old World will continue to pursue a dependent policy. The current situation has clearly shown everyone that the alliance is a significant threat, not only for Russia, but also for the European Union, whose countries, regardless of their will, can be drawn into a catastrophic situation by the general system.

If we talk about Ukraine, then the conflict on its territory is beneficial for America.

For this, the whole project was started to create from a country that they categorically do not feel sorry for, a long-playing meat grinder, where the strongholds of democracy would supply the new Mujahideen and fighters for independence with their weapons and shear moral dividends, finally bringing Russia to the image of evil incarnate.

Thus, Russia would be finally taken out as a major player from the international arena and would be completely focused on the "threat" of China.

For Russia, the war with Ukraine is a “catastrophe”.

This is what Medvedev emphasized.

Since 2014, our country has not allowed itself to be drawn into this conflict, which, in fact, will become a civil war of a united people.

Compared to America, we are in a fundamentally different position here, and therefore we cannot afford to succumb to provocations and do what is expected of us and to which we are pushed by all means.

I must say that Russia in this situation has already managed to say its word and not fall into the inertia of the cycle, which was mixed up by the States and their allies. We all remember Blinken's "soft power" and the voiced imperative to act by proxy - after all, this is precisely why Britain, tormented by complexes of lost greatness, has recently manifested itself. Our same emphasis on security guarantees has already frustrated plans to unleash the element of war. Not final, no. But he confused the cards, so the interested parties of the current military project had to urgently adjust their actions.

Dmitry Medvedev also noted that the current regime in Ukraine is not forever, this country will get tired of the suicidal mess.

Common sense will win.

According to him, “it has never happened in the world that only one force has always dominated, and since 2014, as you know, for obvious reasons, nationalistically colored forces have come to power in them.”

After all, Russia at one time went through a period of chaos and unrest, which seemed to be eternal and lead the country to death.

And in Ukraine, the hassle would have ended long ago if it weren’t for external Western dictates.

From what Dmitry Medvedev said, it is also important that our clear and concrete formulation of the issue of security guarantees does not at all lead to shaking a nuclear club or banging a boot on the stands.

It is possible, for example, to intercept the energy of the opponent's sanctions strike and transfer his action against him. Moreover, the States are at their limit in this regard, and each new “hellish” set of sanctions will be shooting at their own limbs. That is why we are talking about an effective, long-term leverage with real consequences for the same States - the transition from the monopoly of the dollar and the euro. Then the same America will not be able to sit out in the “house”, plunging various regions of the world into conflicts, and drag chestnuts out of the fire…

Russia is doing everything so that the scenario of the First World War does not repeat itself, when no one wanted a massacre, but in the end, obediently and with passion, they got involved in it.

There is no repetition of the plot of Soviet perestroika with a foreign policy course of landslide surrender of all positions.

There are no illusions.

The United States is being forced to engage in dialogue, while hysterics and fantastic, with an apocalyptic flavor, scenarios will be left for the Western media.

They have already said so much, they have given out so many sensations to the mountain that you are simply amazed how they live with all this ...
